Our Mission

Noralis Holdings is an international precious metals company coordinating physical gold transactions through disciplined commercial structuring, counterparty alignment, due diligence, secure logistics, and transaction execution.

Structure.

Disciplined commercial structuring and counterparty alignment.

Verify.

Transaction due diligence and secure logistics on every shipment.

Execute.

Overseeing transactions from qualification through settlement.

Who We Are

Built Around Transaction Execution.

International precious metals transactions require considerably more than connecting a buyer and seller. Successful execution requires qualified counterparties, clearly defined commercial terms, compliant documentation, secure logistics, appropriate insurance, effective risk management, and coordinated settlement.

Noralis Holdings was established to operate at the center of that process.

Our management team coordinates suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, refiners, funding partners, and professional service providers within a structured transaction framework designed to identify potential issues early and move credible opportunities toward execution.

We focus on building long-term commercial relationships rather than simply facilitating individual introductions.

What We Do

Every Stage of the Transaction

From supplier to settlement, coordinated end to end.

Flexible Logistics & Delivery

Structured Around the Transaction.

Noralis recognizes that each transaction may require a different approach to logistics and delivery. Depending on the buyer’s requirements, supplier location, destination, and transaction structure, Noralis can coordinate multiple methods of execution for international delivery.

01
Cash & Carry
The buyer or its authorized representative participates in the agreed inspection and verification at origin and assumes responsibility for the applicable export and logistics requirements associated with transporting the commodity to its designated destination.
02
Buyer-Funded Logistics
The buyer funds the applicable logistics costs while Noralis coordinates and manages the export, transportation, insurance, security, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery process.
03
Noralis-Funded Logistics
Subject to transaction approval and available logistics capacity, Noralis arranges funding and manages the applicable logistics and delivery process from the approved point of origin through delivery to the designated destination.

All logistics and delivery structures are established on a transaction-specific basis and reflected in the applicable Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Our Approach

Disciplined From Opportunity to Settlement.

01
Initial Qualification
Review the proposed transaction, counterparties, product, commercial terms, destination, and proposed procedure.
02
Due Diligence
Review required corporate, transaction, product, origin, authority, and supporting documentation.
03
Commercial Alignment
Establish the responsibilities of the supplier, Noralis, buyer, logistics providers, and other participating parties.
04
Logistics Planning
Coordinate transportation, security, insurance, export requirements, chain of custody, customs procedures, and delivery.
05
Transaction Execution
Proceed with the approved transaction pursuant to the applicable agreements and established procedure.
06
Delivery & Settlement
Coordinate refinery receipt, final assay, settlement, transaction reconciliation, and planning for subsequent lifts where applicable.

Global Execution

Connecting Origin Markets With International Buyers.

Noralis develops commercial relationships across international precious metals markets with particular emphasis on African supply channels and established global refining and purchasing destinations. Our objective is not simply to identify available product. It is to establish transaction structures capable of moving physical precious metals securely, transparently, and efficiently from approved origin points to qualified destinations.
